Precision Laser Cutting: Precision laser cutting results in clean edges free of heat distortion and burrs for both simple and complex designs. Computer-controlled laser cutting offers high precision and accuracy to hold tight tolerances throughout manufacturing.
Custom Form-in-Place Services: We manufacture gaskets and seals with or without adhesives to help protect enclosed electronics and the joining points between pieces of equipment. Our form-in-place gaskets are made with a 3-axis robotic dispenser, which deposits silicon-based materials in bead sizes as small as 0.030 in. x 0.030 in. Smaller bead sizes can be achieved but is dependent on the type of gasket material used.
